SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to;

  1. Identify and write capital letter A-Z and small letters a-z
  2. Arrange words in alphabetical order

INTRODUCTION

The teacher introduces the topic by asking the pupils to recite the alphabet rhymes

Using the chart, the teacher writes and identifies all the letters of the Alphabet both in capital and in small letters.
