She explains that government is the system whereby group of people govern an organized community, often called a state.

She explain the types of government

1. Traditional government: this is the government that is ruled by kings(or queen) or  privileged individuals.

Types of traditional government

1. Monarch       2. Oligarchy

2. Constitutional government: is a government that i.e. ruled by the rules of laws. E.g the president, prime minister, governors, etc.

Types of constitutional government

1. Presidential government

2. Parliamentary government
