SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to

  1. Highlight different job opportunities in Agriculture
  2. Identify different ways of generating income in agriculture
  3. Identify parts of the human body
  4. State the functions of parts of the body

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES: Identification, explanation, playway method, questions and answers, demonstration.

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Well-labeled chart  showing parts of the human body, human doll, teacher and pupils as learning resource, chart of the different professions in Agriculture

3. Ear- for hearing

4. Tooth- for grinding, chewing, tearing and cutting

5. Neck- Supports the weight of the head and allows the head to send messages to other parts of the body

6. Hair-Protecting the skull and other blood vessels

7. Ankle- bending the knee and supporting the weight of the upper body

8. Shoulder- to flex the arm easily

9. Hips- allows the upper body to bend to the lower half

10. Hand- for writing and lifting things

11. Foot- for walking, running and standing

12. Nails- helps with grip
