Introduction

The teacher introduces the topic by explaining the meaning of family-

A family is a group of two or more persons related by birth, marriage, or adoption who live together.

She explains the  relationship of  members of the family

1.   Father- is the male parent of the family

2.   Mother-is the female parent of the family

3.   Children- are the dependent ages of the family

4.   Uncles- is the brother of one’s father or mother

5.   Aunts- is the sister of one’s father or mother

6.   Cousins- are the children of one’s uncle or aunt

7.   Nephew- is the son of one’s brother, sister, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law

8.   Niece- is the daughter of one’s brother, sister, brother in-law, and sister-in-law.

9.   Grandparents-is the parents of one’s father or mother

10.                In laws- is the relationship by marriage.
