1) Describe all the six classes of food stating examples of each
2) Enumerate foods that belong to more than one class of food
3) Explain some of the sources of food

She further explains food that belong to more than one group 1. Meat- Vitamins and proteins 2. Fish- proteins and vitamins 3. Fruits- vitamins and minerals 4. Eggs- minerals and vitamins
