PERIOD 1 and 2: Importance of soil to plants

STEP 1 INTRODUCTION | The teacher revisits the previous lesson on packaged water and introduces the new topic by explaining the meaning of soil- Soil is the uppermost layer of the earth crust where plants can grow

STEP 2 EXPLANATION | The teacher then explains that there are three types of soil namely; 1. sandy soil 2, clay soil 3. loamy soil
