Unbalanced diet means a meal that has an excess or deficiency of some essential nutrients She further explains the effects of unbalanced diet 1. one becomes overweight or obese 2. high blood pressure 3. heart diseases and stroke 4. underweight and malnourishment diseases e.g kwashiorkor, scurvy etc 5. diabetes, some cancers and even death in some cases
