1) Explain the meaning of balanced diet
2) List the nutrients that composes a balanced diet
3) List the articles used for caring for the skin
4) Describe the methods for caring for the skin
INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES: Identification, explanation, playway method, questions and answers, demonstration.
INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Audio visual resources, pictures and chart showing balanced meal, pictures and live articles used in caring for the skin e.g sponge, soap, towels etc
