2) List the articles for cleaning the hair

3) Describe how to care for the hair

4) Enumerate some common hair infections

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Audio visual resources, pictures and chart of mineral foods, real mineral foods e.g nuts and seeds, shellfish, yoghurt, cheese, etc, charts showing the articles used in caring for the hair, pictures of people with hair infections

Some of these minerals include

3. magnesium

11. iodine

1. shellfish

2, nuts and seeds

4. do not share hair articles with others

5. trim off the weak strands of hair to avoid further breakage and damage on the hair

6. Avoid using harmful chemicals on the hair
