INTRODUCTION

The teacher revises the previous lesson on the Passover and introduces the new topic by mentioning all the items used for the Passover

1. lamb

2. unleavened bread

3. bitter herbs

EXPLANATION

She gives further explanation of how the Israelites ate the Passover

-      After slaughtering the lamb, the blood is placed on the lintel of their doorpost and the roasted meat is eaten alongside unleavened bread and bitter herbs.

The teacher explains and demonstrates the importance of Passover

-       God showed his power through the miracles surrounding Passover

-      God called his people to give them a land of their own

-      God gave them an inheritance of faith to pass on by the mighty deliverance
