Instructional Materials: toys, picture book showing Jesus Christ on the Calvary, Bible, story book

STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

The Teacher defines salvation as the process of being restored or made new in Christ for the purpose of becoming saved

Pupils pay attention

STEP 2

EXPLANATION

She explains that Salvation requires one to be born again. She further explains that being born again means giving your life to Christ and confessing he is the one and true God

Pupils pay attention and participate

DEMONSTRATION

Using the Bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of The Covenant

       -How God appeared to Abram at an old age and Made a covenant with him and his Generations

       -How God changed his name to Abraham and his wife Sarah.

       Gen 17:1-27

NOTE TAKING

The teacher writes a short note on the board

The pupils copy the note

 

NOTE

The Covenant made with Abraham was God plan to bring Salvation to the world through his Lineage. This was how God people was formed and where the Israelites (God’s children) originated.

  1. Sarah former name was ______. (Sarei, Sareh, Sarah)
