  1. Define the term Creation
  2.   Narrate the account of how God created Adam and Eve
  3. Identify the differences between the creation of Adam and Eve and other creations

Instructional Materials: toys, picture book showing Adam and Eve in the garden, Bible, story book

STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

The Teacher uses the ‘He’s got the whole world in His hands’ song to introduce the Topic.

She explains that creation is when we make something out of nothing

EXPLANATION

She further explains that the worldhad nothing until God decided to create things out of his words. He created the first Human being Adam and Eve and many other animals.

DEMONSTRATION

Using the Bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of the creation of Adam and Eve and their fall

      -How God created Man in his own image

       -How he made woman form the ribs of Man. Gen 2: 6-25

      -How the Serpent tricked Eve from eating the forbidden fruit and how She gave it to Adam

       -How the Eyes of Adam and Eve was opened and how God cursed them and move them away from the garden. Gen 3:1-24

NOTE TAKING

The teacher writes a short note on the board

NOTE

God created Man in his own image after his likeness and when he created them, he gave them dominion over all the animals of the Earth both the domesticated and wild animals. Man disobeyed God and that is why they were cursed and forced to live the Garden of Eden.

Evaluation:       1. Who did the Serpent tricked to eat the fruit. (Adam, Eve, Man)

  1. Who gave Adam the Forbidden fruit. (Devil, Serpent, Eve)

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation.

CONCLUSION: The teacher commends the pupils positively.
