She then explains the various method of purifying water 1. filtration: This is when we remove particles from water using funnels or thin sieves 2. Use of chemicals: this is when we add chemicals like alum to water 3. Boiling: This is when water is cooked in order to make it safe 4. Distillation: this is purifying water by boiling water, cooling it and storing it for later use
