  1. Discuss the more power of Jesus e.g.: power over evil, diseases and death
  2. Narrate the story of the paralyzed man whom Jesus healed
  3. Name People from the Bible whom Jesus raised from the dead
  4. State the significance of Jesus healing, raising from dead, power over sin and death

STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

The Teacher defines Healing as the forces that restore, transform, sustain and nurture the whole person at every dimension of Life.

EXPLANATION

She further explains that Healing comes from God and explains that one of God name is called Jehovah Rapha meaning the Lord who heals

DEMONSTRATION

Using the Bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of The Paralyzed Man

      -How the people came to the house at Capernaum to see and listen to Jesus

       - How four men carried a paralyzed man through

          The roof of the building to get him to Jesus to Heal him

          -How Jesus was moved by their faith and how the paralyzed man was healed

             Mk 2:1-12

NOTE

The Bible teaches us that healing comes from God and that no scripture from the bible condemns the legitimate use of doctors or medical science. Jesus healed all the people that was afflicted by all forms of disease as he proclaims the gospel of the heavenly kingdom.

  1. Taking drug when one is sick is a sin. (True/False)

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation.
