INTRODUCTION

The Teacher do a revision on the types of Prayer taught. She gives reason why Christians ought always to pray

The introduce the prayer of supplication and explains it

EXPLANATION

She explains that prayer of supplication is a form of prayer, wherein one humbly or earnestly ask another party to provide something, either for himself or on behalf of someone else.

She differentiates this prayer with prayer of intercession and petition

DEMONSTRATION

Using the Bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of Peter in the prison

          -How Peter was arrested and put in prison to be Put to death.

          - How the church prayed to God for peter sake Without ceasing

           - How an Angel was sent to rescue him and how he escaped from the prison. Acts 12:1-12

NOTE

All Prayers can be divided into prayer of supplication, Thanksgiving, Intercession, Petition, Confession of sin. All Prayers are directed to God and they are a plea to him 

Evaluation:       1. How many types of prayer do we have. (four, five)

  1. All prayers are directed toward________. (Jesus, Man, God)
  2. This is not a type of prayer (Supplication, Petition, Thanksgiving, Love)

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation.

CONCLUSION: The teacher commends the pupils positively.
