Institutions of government means any ministry, department, division, office or agency of State and includes all state-owned enterprises e.g Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE)

 Federal Ministry Of Finance.

  National Assembly

  National Insurance Commission (NAICOM)

  National Planning Commission.

  Federal Ministry of Commerce.

  Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

Some acquired skills necessary for national development include
