  2. Count the Crowns
  3. Draw and Colour them with ease

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Activity book/Drawing book, Colours(coloured pencils, crayons, poster colours), pictures of different crowns

STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

-The teacher uses the Queen of hearts song to introduce the topic and explains that Crowns are worn by royalties e.g kings, queens, princes and princesses

 

The teacher shows the children the pictures of different types of crowns

Pupils pay attention

STEP 2

IDENTIFICATION

The teacher shows them the crowns in their activity book and asks them to identify them

 

She then asks them to count the number of crowns there are

 

Pupils draw and colour a crown following what the teacher does

STEP 3

DRAWING AND COLOURING

The teacher shares out their books for them to draw and colour a crown

 

 

EVALUATION:    1. Identify crowns

  1. How many crowns are in the activity book?
  2. Draw and Colour a crown

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation

CONCLUSION: The teacher commends the pupils positively
