STEP 3 Recitation	Using the Poster, Charts, and Pictures of she recites the last 17 states and their capitals and the Federal Capital Territory(FCT) Abuja	Pupils repeat after her
STEP 4 NOTE-TAKING	The Teacher writes 17 states and their capitals on the board for the Pupils to copy.	The Pupils copy the not from the board.
