SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:

1) Define the word punctuality.

2) Mention the places pupils should be punctual to.

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES: Identification, Explanation, Play-way Method, Questions and Answers, Demonstrations, and Storytelling.

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Posters, Charts, and Pictures of children in a haste to get to school in time.

INTRODUCTION

The teacher recites the poem early to bed, early to rise to introduce the topic

The teacher explains that Punctuality is the habit of doing things in time

The teacher further describes places pupils should be punctual to:

- Church

- School

- Naming ceremony

- Wedding

- Birthday parties
