PERIOD I & II: Counting and recognition of 1150, writing and filling in gaps

I Introduction  The teacher revise the previous lesson introduces the new topic  Pupils repeat after her 
II Oral counting  Using the number chart, she counts number 1150 repeatedly.  Pupils repeat after her 
III Writing and filling in gaps  She writes the numbers on the board with some number missing. 1 __ 3 __ 5 __ 7 __ 9 __ 11 __ 13 __ 15 __ 17 __ 19 __ to 100  Pupils participate 
Evaluation  Count and write numbers 1100 

Conclusion
 She marks their books and corrects them where necessary 

PERIOD III&IV: Number in words, even numbers

I Introduction  The teacher revise the previous lesson introduces the new topic  Pupils respond 
II Number spelling  She spells numbers 110 repeatedly using flashcards. She then writes the numbers on the board  Pupils repeat after her 
III Even numbers  She explains that even numbers are numbers that can be divided by 2 without remainder. She writes the even numbers from 230, thus: 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30. She explains that even numbers always have 2 4 6 8 0 at their back  Pupils repeat after her
Pupils identify the numbers 
Evaluation  Count and write numbers 1150 

Conclusion
 She marks their books and corrects them where necessary 

PERIOD V: Addition of numbers

II explanation  She explains that addition means putting numbers or objects together. She sows them the addition sign (+)  Pupils repeat after her 
III Addition of numbers  She uses different concept to explain it 6 + 4 = 10 7 + 1 = 8 3 + 3 = 6 

Evaluation  Add these numbers 3 + 4 = 6 + 2 = 5 + 5 =
