STEP 1 INTRODUCTION	The teacher uses the plants song and introduces the topic and explains that a leaf is the coloured part of the plant	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 IDENTIFICATION	The teacher shows them the leaves in their activity book and asks them to identify them She then asks them to count the number of a leaves there are	Pupils participate
STEP 3 DRAWING AND COLOURING	The teacher shares out their books for them to draw and colour the leaf with colour green as the teacher draws and colours hers on the board	The pupils draw and colour following the leading of the teacher

EVALUATION: 1. Identify a leaf

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation

CONCLUSION: The teacher commends the pupils positively
