STEP 1 INTRODUCTION | The teacher introduces the topic with the if you’re happy and you know it song;
She explains that a Mulberry bush is a tree that has an eatable fruit
She also identify the various tasks we ought to carry out every morning - Wash our face - Comb our hair - Brush our teeth - Put on our clothes | The pupils pay attention and participate |
STEP 2 EXPLANATION | The teacher explains the rhymes and shows them the picture of children dancing round a mulberry bush and displaying how they carry out the various morning tasks | Pupils listen |
STEP 3 RECITATION | The teacher recites the rhyme as many times as possible and asks the pupils to do same. Here we go round the mulberry bush,
