STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION | Using the bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of Moses parting the red sea - How Moses had reached the red sea along with this great crowd of people who had just been released from Egypt - How he asked God what to do - How God told him to raise the rod in his hand towards the sea - How from night to morning the sea divided into two and dry land appeared in the midst - How every single child of Israel had crossed safely to the other side - How the chariots of Israel had rushed into the red sea behind the children of Israel and were caught in the middle - How the red sea closed up and all the chariots of Egypt perished in it including their very stubborn king - How the children of Israel had rejoiced because of the great victory God gave them by the miracle of parting the red sea | Pupils pay attention and participate |

NOTE
When the Israelites got to the red sea, Moses asked God how they were to cross it. God told Moses to stretch forth the rod in his hands and it divided the red sea. The Israelites crossed to the other side safely but all the chariots of Egypt and Pharaoh drowned.
