STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

The teacher uses the Go down, go down to Egypt song to introduce the topic and explains that despite the fact that Moses showed Pharaoh signs, he refused to let the people of God go

EXPLANATION

She explains that when Moses went back to God to tell Him that Moses refused to allow the people go rather he increased the pains and sufferings of the children of Israel

DEMONSTRATION

She further explains that

-      Because of Pharaoh’s stubbornness, God sent 10 plagues on the land of Egypt

-      But the children of Israel were not affected by the plagues

-      Eventually Pharaoh allowed them to go after the last plague-death of all first born sons of both human beings and animals
