STEP 1 INTRODUCTION	The teacher introduces the topic with the if you’re happy and you know it song; She explains that daddy and mummy are our parents She also explains that a boat is a used to travel on the water	The pupils pay attention and participate
STEP 2 EXPLANATION	The teacher explains the rhymes and shows them shows them the picture of a parents and their children, pictures of a boat She also explains the wordings one after the other	Pupils listen
STEP 3 RECITATION	The teacher recites the rhyme as many times as possible and asks the pupils to do same.
