STEP 1 INTRODUCTION | The teacher uses the If you’re strong and you know it song and introduces the topic and explains that a home is where we live

STEP 2 DRAMATIZATION | She dramatizes an incident before the children. With a kitchen setting, she demonstrates a knife cut she sustains while she was playing with a knife.

STEP 3 EXPLANATION | She then explains to the children that the home environment becomes unsafe when it is littered with sharp objects like blades, knives, kerosene etc
She also warns the children not to go near or even play with such items as they can sustain serious injuries from them. Rather the children are taught to report the sighting of those items to their parents

NOTE
