STEP 1 Introduction of the topic	The teacher introduces the topic with a song on care of the ears	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 Explanation	She explains to the pupils that caring for the ear is the act of keeping the ear clean. She then explains that we care for the ear to prevent infections/diseases, to enable the ears to keep hearing properly.	Pupils pay attention
STEP 3 Demonstration	She uses pictures/posters to show the pupils pictures of people caring for their ears and how it’s done	Pupils pay attention

Care of the ear is keeping the ear clean. We keep our ears clean in order to prevent diseases and so that we can hear properly
