Specific Objectives: By the end of the lesson, the pupils should be able to:

  1. Count and identify numbers 1- 70
  2. Write numbers 1 – 30
  3. Outline more colours

Instructional Materials: Number chart, counters. Flash cards

Instructional Techniques: Explanation, repetition, question, answers and play way method

Entry Behaviour:  The pupils can count 1 – 60                                                                                                                  

Set Induction: The teacher uses number rhyme to arouse their interest
