STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

The teacher introduces the topic with if you’re happy and you know it song;

She explains that a kettle is an item used in boiling water

 

The pupils pay attention and participate

STEP 2

EXPLANATION

The teacher explains the rhymes and shows them the picture of a boy and girl fighting over preparing tea.

 

She also explains the wordings one after the other

Pupils listen

STEP 3

RECITATION

The teacher recites the rhyme as many times as possible and asks the pupils to do same.

We’ll all have tea.
Sukey take it off again,
