STEP 1 Introduction of the topic	The teacher introduces the topic with a story on family. She defines family as a group of people related by blood	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 Explanation	She tells the pupils the different members of the family are: father, mother, brother, sister etc She then tells the pupils the various roles of the father, mother, sister and every other members of the family	Pupils pay attention
STEP 3 Demonstration	Using pictures/charts/posters she shows the children the various family members performing their roles	Pupils pay attention
