NOTE

CREATING A CHART/GRAPH

  1. Start the computer and load Microsoft excel.
  2. Enter the data and ensure there are no blank cells.
  3. Select the data range.
  4. Click Insert menu.
  5. Click on chart wizard.
  6. Click chart types.
  7. Click any of the chart sub-types.

 

EDITING A CHART/GRAPH

When you double-click on a chart, MS excel opens a chart window where you can edit the chart.

You can do the following:

  1. Click the title you want to change.
  2. Type the new text you want.
  3. Press Enter.
