CRITERIA FOR SELECING PACKAGING MATERIALS

  1. it should be suitable for the agricultural product it is used for
  2. it should be easily disposable after use
  3. it must be affordable and cheap
  4. it should be able to resist any hazards and keep the produce safe
  5. it should make the produce easy to move and carry
  6. Packaging for animal products should be different from packaging for

plant products

  1. it should be capable of preventing leakage, breakage and damage
