SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Science is defined as a systematic body of knowledge acquired through a logical process of observation and testing of facts

Science uses to methods in obtaining solutions to problems

Technology is the systematic application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes. Technology developed gradually from three main stages namely

  1. man-machine- in which machines are powered by humans and animals
  2. power technology- in which machines are used to control nature
