/ᵃᶷ/

When you pronounce the sound /ᵃᶷ/, the back of your tongue and your jaw start down for the pronunciation of /ᵃ/ and then move up for the pronunciation of /ᶷ/. Your lips start from a neutrally open position for /ᵃ/ and then move forward and rounded for /ᶷ/.
