/ᵓᶦ/

The sound /ᵓᶦ/ is a long vowel sound made up of two short vowels /ᵓ/ and /ᶦ/. When you say /ᵓᶦ/, the front of your tongue and your jaw are first down in order to say /ᵓ/ and then move up to say /ᶦ/. Your lips start forward and are rounded to say /ᵓ/ and later move backwards and become wide in order to say /ᶦ/
