SWIMMING

Swimming is an athletic event done in a swimming pool where people.

SWIMMING STYLES

  1. Breaststroke: It uses a frog-style kick, where you will bend your knees and then kick your legs out beneath the water
  2. Free style: This is swimming with any style and rule relating specifically to the breast
  3. Back stroke: here, the swimmer lines up in the water facing the starting end with both hands resting on the end of the bath.
  4. Butterfly strokes: The rules are similar to that of breaststroke except that in recovery, both arms should be brought forward together over the water and all the movement of the legs and feet should be executed in a simultaneous manner.
