The teacher further explains how the present continuous tense is formed
We form the present continuous tense by combining the simple present tense of the verb be(am/is/are) with the -ing(progressive) form of the main verb. If the subject is ‘I’ we use ‘am’, If it is he/she/it, we use ‘is’, if the subject is ‘you’ or ‘they’ we use ‘are’. Examples
