  1. Adhesive bandages (various sizes)
  2. Sterile gauze and dressings
  3. Adhesive tape
  4. Antiseptic wipes or solution
  5. Tweezers and scissors
  6. Disposable gloves
  7. Pain relievers (e.g., acetaminophen or ibuprofen)
  8. Antihistamine tablets for allergic reactions

   - Apply an antiseptic ointment.

   - Cover with a sterile bandage or dressing.

  1. Burns:

   - Encourage coughing if the person can breathe.

   - Perform abdominal thrusts (Heimlich maneuver) if the person is unable to breathe.

  1. Heart Attack:

   - Call emergency services immediately.

   - Have the person sit down, rest, and keep calm.

   - If they have prescribed medication (e.g., aspirin), assist them in taking it.

  1. Bleeding:

   - Apply direct pressure with a sterile cloth or bandage.

   - Elevate the injured area if possible.

   - Maintain pressure until bleeding stops.
