MICROSOFT WORD

Starting Microsoft word:

  1. Click the start button to bring the start menu
  2. click program
  3. click on Microsoft word

Create a new document:

  1. Click on file
  2. click new
  3. start typing

Saving a document

  1. click on file
  2. click save
  3. make a choice of location to save in
  4. type the name you want to save it as
  5. click command button ‘save’

Opening an existing document

  1. click on file
  2. click open
  3. click on the document- saved- in location or other storage devices.
