/tᶴ/

The /tᶴ/ sound is produced when the tip, blade and edges of the tongue touches the portion behind the tooth ridge to stop the outgoing air. At the same time the front of the tongue is raised towards the hard part of the roof of the mouth in readiness for the release of the outgoing air. Then the air is suddenly released.
