EFFECTS OF CONTEMPORARY SOCIAL ISSUES AND PROBLEMS

On the individual

  2. it causes tension, fear and panic
  3. it slows down or completely alters economic growth and development

SOLUTIONS TO CONTEMPORARY SOCIAL ISSUES AND PROBLEMS

  1. Government should formulate policies that will engage youths that are

vulnerable to these issues. Policies such as building of industries, provision

of conducive learning infrastructures, provision of grants and loans for

startups and accelerator enterprises and implementing stiffer laws for those

who violate it

  1. Heavy participation of Civil Societies and Organizations in the

sensitization of the citizens with regards to these social issues

  1. Parents should establish cordial relationships with their wards and instill

  1. The general standard of living of the people should be improved
