NOTE

USES OF FARM ANIMALS

  1. Food: food products obtained from farm animals include meat, milk and eggs
  2. Clothing: animal products such as silk, wool, skin and fur are used by man as clothing. Skins from animals like cattle, sheep and goats are used for clothing and leather work. Skins from rabbits are for decoration of houses, footwear, bags and drums
  3. Manure: the remains and excreta of farm animals are used as manure.
  4. Transportation: Agricultural products and human beings are transported by animals like camels, donkeys, horses and others to long distant places
