DIVISIONS OF COMMERCE

Classification of Commerce

Commerce can be classified into several types:

     - Internal Commerce: Refers to trade within the boundaries of a country.

     - External Commerce: Involves trade between countries, also known as international trade.

Differentiate between Home and Foreign Trades

  1. Home Trade: Also known as internal trade, it involves buying and selling of goods and services within the boundaries of a single country.
  2. Foreign Trade: This refers to the exchange of goods and services between countries, typically involving imports and exports.

Import and Export Trades

 I.) Import Trade: Refers to the purchase of goods and services from foreign countries and bringing them into one's own country.

II.) Export Trade: Involves selling goods and services to foreign countries, which are produced domestically.

List Products involved in Home Trade

Products involved in home trade can include a wide range of goods and services that are bought and sold within a country's borders. Examples include:

     - Food items

     - Clothing

     - Electronics

     - Automobiles

     - Services like healthcare and education

List Products involved in Foreign Trade

Products involved in foreign trade are often categorized based on their nature and purpose. They can include:

     - Raw materials and commodities: Such as minerals, agricultural products, and fuels.

     - Manufactured goods: Including machinery, vehicles, electronics, and processed foods.

     - Services: Such as tourism, financial services, consulting, and transportation.
