TOPIC: Practical on preservation of foods e.g.
Practical on jellies, pickles and chutneys.�

Jellies: jellies are fruit preserve that is made by boiling fruit juice, sugar and sometimes pectin until it has a semi-solid consistency.
�Pickles: pickles are preserved vegetables: a small cucumber or other vegetables that has acquired a sharp taste by being preserved in vinegar or brine.
��Pickles are also liquids for preserving foods: liquid usually brine or a vinegar solution used to preserve cold foods such as vegetables or fish. It is also a lumpy mixture of chopped vegetables typically onions, cucumbers preserved in vinegar or brine to give a sharp or spicy flavor and eaten with other foods.
�Chutneys: A sweet and spicy relish made from fruit, spices, sugar and vinegar.
Relish: a spiced side dish or accompaniment to food e.g. pickles or fresh vegetables with chili.
