Leadership refers to the position of being a leader. It also refers to that group of people who rule a country or an organization. Bad leadership, in this context, refers to a situation in which some of the leaders of a country are bad. Sometimes, it could be the president or the state governors. It could also be other leaders who work with the president or the state governors

Problems

The following are some of the problems created by bad leadership in a country:

  2. Destruction of lives and property

  5. Injustice
  6. Mismanagement of resources
  7. An ineffective and inefficient labor force
