By the end of the lesson, the pupils should have attained the following objective and should be able to –

Note – Irrespective of choosing methods of teaching, always introduce an activities that will arouse pupil’s interest or lead them to the lessons.

MEANING OF CLEAN AND DIRTY ENVIRONMENT

Clean environment are beautiful and healthy environments.

Dirty environments are unhealthy environments.

 

PRESENTATION

To deliver the lesson, the teacher adopts the following steps:

To introduce the lesson, the teacher revises the previous lesson. Based on this, he/she asks the pupils some questions;

Guides the pupils to differentiate between clean and dirty environment.

Pupil’s Activities – Identify and differentiate between clean and dirty environment.

Leads the pupils to state how to make dirty environment clean.

Pupil’s Activities – State 3 ways to make dirty environment clean.

Guide the pupils to identify types of environment we should keep clean.

 

CONCLUSION

To conclude the lesson for the week, the teacher revises the entire lesson and links it to the following week’s lesson.
