SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to;

  1. Match the letter e with the short e sound
  2. Practice identifying the short e sound 

ENENTRY BEHAVIOR : Pupils can identify and recite all the letters of the alphabets and the vowels

SET INDUCTION : The teachers uses the alphabet song to arouse the pupils

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES : Discussion, group activities, 

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS : Objects with the short e sound, chart showing objects with the short e sound, white board, dry erase marker, mirror
