  4. You can achieve oxygen therapy by giving your body increase in capacity of breathing and circulating more oxygen.
  5. Prevent cardiovascular diseases by normalizing blood pressure.
  6. Increase activity of the red bone marrow in the production of red blood cells.
  7. Lowers cholesterol level and triglyceride level.
  8. Stimulate metabolism.
  9. Reduce the Chances of obesity.
  10. Tones up glandular system.
  11. Great relief from neck and back pains, headache and other pains.
  12. Enhance digestion and elimination process.
  13. Aids in relaxation, digestion and improves sleep quality
