SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to;

  1. Sound and identify Vowel Consonant words: ox, on, of, or, us, up 
  2. Write Vowel Consonant words: ox, on, of, or us up

 

ENTRY BEHAVIOR : Pupils can identify all the 42 phonics sound

 

SET INDUCTION : The teachers uses the two-letter words songs to arouse the interest of the pupils 

 

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES : Singing, storytelling, playway, gestures/demonstration,gestures, explanation and repetition
