THE CRUCIFIXION OF JESUS (Matt.27:32-44)
A passer by Simon of Cyrene was made to help carry the cross that would be used to crucify Jesus. This was at Golgotha (a place of Skull). They offered Jesus wine mixed with myth but he refused, also they divide His garments among themselves, passerby ridiculed him, the chief priest and scribes mocked him. He was crucified in between two robbers. Even the robbers one of them mocked him, while the other got salvation on the cross.
At the 6th hour (12noon) Jesus cried aloud “EloiEloil, la ma Sabathani” which means” My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me”. Later Jesus Cried aloud and breathed its last breath, quite unexpectedly, the curtain of the temple was torn from top to bottom. The army officer who watched the scene commented “Truly this man was the son of God.

THE BURIAL OF JESUS LUKE 15:40-47
Joseph of Arimathea, a member of the council went to Pilate and asked him to release the body of Jesus to him. Pilate after confirming Jesus death from the centurion in charge allowed him to take the body for burial.
Joseph wrapped Him in a liner cloth which he had brought and laid Him into a tomb the prominent women who saw where he was laid were Marry Magdalene. Marry mother of James and Salome.
